Drawing on old memory here..painful...but...

Back in '99...There was discussion about the many shares that EDIG had available..and I distinctly remember management telling us that a portion of those..would ONLY be used for a placement, or partnership..so as to avoid a buyout...Anyone else remember that besides me?

Wonder if the recent "accumulation" has anything to do with this...?...
