Public float
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Public float is the portion of a company's outstanding shares that is in the hands of public investors, as opposed to company officers, directors, or controlling-interest investors.

So if there are no restricted shares, then we only need to know how many shares are being held by: company officers, directors, or controlling-interest investors.

Good luck with that.
