News to move this stock in 2010
As everyone is always interested in what will finally move this stock, I have provided my own assessment as follows:
I am re-watching the video presentation from May 26, looking for subtlties I may had missed previously. With regard to the "several new collaboartions in the near term" note made in the May 26 presentation, I should note that he made this satement deep in the discussion of the Hemopurifier specific to infectious disease. I previously assumed this reference to new collaborations was most likely the same reference as a much later slide noting active discussions for cancer studies for prostate, bladder and colorectal cancers, and discussions with a major institute for pediatric cancer application.
I have changed my mind on this given how clearly he was discussing infectious disease when he spoke of "new collaborations" and all the other collaboraters noted on the slide were for infectious disease.
Thus, I now think we will have information on at least THREE new infectious disease collaborations coming this summer.
AND THREE OR MORE announcements regarding new in-vitro cancer studies
AND at least TWO study results PRs, addressing the on-going breast cancer study and lymphoma study
AND at least TWO pieces of news on current activities regarding DIAGNOSTICS within Exosome Sciences
ONE update from our biomarker work with Boston University and the NFL
AND ONE next steps announcement regarding our ongoing Tuberculosis research.
AND an announcement of beginning of treatment of patients in India
AND announcement of receving our first revenue.
AND an announcement with more details regarding our first human anti-exosome study in India, for which recruiting is supposed to start by year-end.
BY MY COUNT, WE REALISTICALLY SHOULD RECEIVE 15 ANNOUNCMENTS OVER THE NEXT 7 MONTHS, AVERAGING AT LEAST ONE SOLID PIECE OF NEWS EVERY TWO WEEKS. I THINK THAT SHOULD MOVE US UPWARD FOR SURE.
And just to point out the obvious, the 15 PRs I tallied do not include the annual report or two quaterly reports, noting one of those 10Qs should show our first revenue. So, if you include these filings, we will have at least 18 news or updates. If you assume JJ attends 3 conferences, that is 21 PRs, filings or updates in 7 months...so 3 per month.
