The rain: I was reading up on Unilava, Inc.. I read their SEC filings, their recent PRs and a few PRs that connect them heavy to the Chinese markets. (Notably: China Wimax and China Dragon Telecom). Now on paper, these PRs sound good but I have to tell you; Unilava is in the same boat as MediaG3, except they're about 1 or 2 steps ahead. That's why their stock price is in the .25 cents range; you would think it would be higher.
Their problem is that their initial and most lucrative money stream: The Yellow Pages, is losing steam because of the way information is now being consumed online. I mean, think about it; if you want a company's telephone number; do you go to YellowPages.com or do you quickly Google their name and pick from a ton of choices? So like a smart corporation, they're changing strategies; and it's a good and smart one; with many money streams coming at the end.
The rainbow: Unilava's most powerful idea, if they first, advertise it properly and second, stay on top of the glitches, is to contrast the fact that in order to enjoy Sprint's 4G phone(s) and speeds, you have to be locked into a 2 year contract of about $79 dollars, ($1,896 dollars (+) over two years, plus the $200 dollar(+) price of the phone, by offering phone service the same speeds and apps,(for the most part), for the most part, for $50 or $60 dollars a month; which is way cheaper; with no contract.
Yes, they are competing with Sprint and any and every other 4G phone and digital signal provider; only now they have MediaG3's delivery system and technology to enhance their speeds; MDGC's 30 towers to add to their 40; a 309 million (+) person customer base; and most importantly: 4 sets of eyes in shark infested waters instead of two; both having similar and or complimentary goals. They are a perfect match and I hope they do business together forever.
