Following up on post # 78498, a creditor (Edgar Wagner?) responded to the motion judge that he was granted a similar judgement in a Tennessee court last year for an amount in excess of $100K. It’s posted as item 190 in the case Pacer file available on-line but a registration ID is required and takes @ a week to get. His message (and documentation) was only that Blackburn never can thru with the money. Don’t know what effect this has other than Blackburn can’t be trusted to cover his debts. Why this might drive up PBLS price or Mina-Mar’s chances of taking over PBLS is beyond me- any legal people out there that can read tea leaves?
