It is possible we will get a preview of the meeting's outcome at the hearing on the 11th. If Rosen attempts to use the meeting on the 10th to support his case against the shareholder meeting. Susman's team will then respond with their version of the meeting.

All the more reason for us to have ears in the courtroom on the 11th.
