Lawsuit is still going in full force, but these things take time. If they lose the lawsuit nothing changes, if they win, the company will change dramatically. Long term I couldn’t tell you how well the company will be doing, or which way the lawsuit will go. But I do know the CEO is not going anywhere, he wants to make this company successful. I guess the real issue is, how long will it take?
