silly question but lets say all the current TDGI shareholders get restricted share in the OTCBB spinoff, are there gonna be any free trading shares available or everything will be restricted, as they only gonna be issued to TDGI holders.

If everything is restricted that means the ticker will be pretty much useless until there are any free shares??
