What alternatives does neustar have lined up if neom goes under? Only thing I can think of is to license ip from a new owner. This is the only route they've taken for barcodes, and therfore only investment(corrct me if I'm wrong). However, like my opinion as stated earlier...if there is a sell of ip then how is neom accumulating additional cost for it and how can they claim the sell, or transaction, will provide revenu over the next 12 months? Obviously, this opinion is based on the assumption neom goes bk as people have indicated.

What I'm saying is neom is enabling neustar to become a player via the ip, as long as neom has that ip then neustar has an interest in neom. A transaction to permit revenue over at least 12 months, as a result of a transaction requiring over 2 million in cost TO neom, does not indicate to me that vital assests will be sold.

Edit--neustar is neutral, but dependant on neom ip to compete in the market. I believe neom will beneifit from the actions of neustar to better improve their own position. As for what a transaction for neom is...I have the slightest clue
