Pop, Maybe an advance from Neustar involved with some sort of factoring agreement with NEOM maybe even with recourse. Not much extra work for Neustar who'll be billing licensees they sign up anyway, and more profit, maybe 10 to 30% after discount of NEOM's future invoices for a while. This would work if Neustar is aware of soon to be licensees and invoices and revenue. I still say Neustar has an interest in seeing NEOM not fail. Los
