I really think that Frank is fishing for a lawsuit, we would look like the little guys getting picked on and the gay community would back us up, not to mention the worldwide publicity, and ABC/Mark Cuban wouldn't be able to get that much money (very little in damages) so we would essentially be buying VERY CHEAP publicity. Just an idea...
