As part of the CEO's fiduciary duty to us shareholders Dr.Goodall owes us an explanation of the reasoning behind the share increase.

Who do they think we are ! This is spiraling down not only in PPS but professionalism.

Goodall needs to PR this highly critical move.

What is his role ? Notice Fisher still solely running PR's and diluting share structure
