What Will It Cost?
Planning Session
The Planning Session sessions include 20 Minute one-on-one, pre-scheduled meetings in your own private meeting room. ECRM’s MarketGate software is provided to aid in meeting planning, presentation and follow-up. The registration fees for attending the 20 Minute Planning Sessions are as follows:
Planning Session Fee: $13,950.00 USD ( 20 Minute ) for 2 attendee(s).
Additional Participants: $2,000.00 USD per each additional attendee
Sellers are responsible for their own airfare.

Fee Includes: • Accommodations • Meals • Meeting Room • Scheduled Appointments • 1 year MarketGate Premium License

Power Hall Sessions
The Power Hall is set up in private meeting spaces within a large ballroom, where each supplier has a private area with room for displays and materials. Click here to view photos. Buyers attending the Planning Sessions will be scheduled to meet with suppliers registered for the Power Hall. Buyers and suppliers have prescheduled, one-on-one 10 minute appointments to review new items, promotions and other opportunities within their category focus. All of ECRM’s technology is fully utilized at these meetings, which will facilitate presentation of programs in an abbreviated time frame as well as provide web-based tools to improve execution of programs.
Power Hall Fee: $8,500.00 USD ( 10 minute ) for 1 attendee(s).
Additional Participants: $2,000.00 USD per each additional attendee
