What's so difficult for shareholders to understand that receiving restricted shares is the norm w/ "some" exceptions. I think it's great they are restricted, here's why....In the pink sheets we have traders, not investors. Most people bought KATX to make a quick buck in pinky world until a few realized and helped us realize WOW, this is for real. Now imagine, the folks that could give two chits about the stock, and/or are in it for the fundamentals, or the momo play, or the charts, just not the long term....Now give them "free trading" gift shares and what will they do? Sell Sell Sell, all day long! Why not, they were just handed free money, and they don't care about the company anyhow. So to me, a restriction is good for all. The "NEW"company will have a true chance to move forward and stabilize before the shares can trade and get dumped by the people just looking for free money.
