Well, on a positive note, Frank Rawson has to achieve uplisting before he can cash in on any of his shares, overhead for the new employees are pretty much covered and we can only hope that the restrictions on the new shares are contingent upon performance to promote ingenuity, creativity, and progress. Hey, the stocks are only worth what the market dictates so what better incentive than to make them create their own raise?
