Yes Intel2, you are 100% correct,we should try to get together with the lienholders as well as the secured creditors and the unsecured creditors or anyone else who has money coming from CPRKQ cause they must all be paid in full before we get a taste. Theoretically that would be the best case scenero, however in most CH 11s it seems that none of these groups ever want to get in bed with the share holders. Now ideally if we all were to be able to fight together and bring in a POR that allowed the company to reorganize and become profitable, it would be a win for everyone and we would save a ton in legal fees.It is possible, but is not likely to happen because that is not the way the system is set up and also because greed will always play a huge role. JMO
