Regardless, I believe we're at or very near the bottom of the correction in the US markets and in China small caps.

It doesn't mean I'll be right....but my guess is as good as anyone's... and I'm guessing we've either hit the bottom of the cycle, or we're very near it.

It's when almost everyone is saying "The S&P will crash below 950" that it doesn't, or (if I can quote you) "No way our stocks don't go lower than we are now" that they start to go up.

The US market is now pricing in a double-dip recession (based on the issues coming out of Europe) that I don't think is going to come. It wouldn't be the first time either- as our market has called/priced in 12 of the last 4 recessions.
