With all due respect 'Krombacher' you have no right to be so declarative with the phase II issue. I know you WANT it to happen but, thusfar you have zero proof that it will - pure and simple. Your post goes from declarative to conjecture...tsk, tsk, tsk...that's not like you. And I therefore surmise that it is
NOT baked into the SP.

Finally, when and if it does happen it will most certainly mean something. We all seem to agree that if it does NOT happen, the SP will plunge. How then can you say that if it DOES happen, there would be little if any impact on the SP? That just doesn't make sense.

As one of the posters here said at one juncture some time ago..."This dog won't hunt". I think that's what he said. I thought it was cute. I suspect you are not....LOL
