Yes. I think the name of the new company says it all IMO. "KAT Gold Holding Corp".

As I stated before this PR hit today, I expected the new company to be used like a tool for properties that are ready to be test drilled and close to being JV. This will make it easier for JV deals to get signed and to pay out shareholders from any money we get from these deals.

I would expect more properties, when ready, to also be moved to KAT Gold.
