Its the SEC that's lacking the evidence and are playing scare tactics, and delaying as much time as possible, as it is clear to me, as it has been for while, that they never wanted this in a Federal court, because if that ever happens we will see a domino effect, by all the crooks involved with the wrong company this time around!!

What are you babbling about now?

1. The SEC's case is OVER. The DOJ is in charge now.

2. The DOJ is not delaying, the defendants are.

3. You need to stop this ridiculous "Federal court" nonsense. The SEC case was heard in Federal court. The DOJ case will be heard in Federal court.

And if you can't even figure out what court the case you didn't show up for was tried in, you should spend less time here and more time talking to your court-appointed attorney.
