I noticed the note in the iBox saying 20 million shares to be cancelled ..

In the most recent 10-Q it states

As of May 17, 2010, there were 96,258,196 shares of the issuer's Common Stock, $.001 par value per share, Class A Common Stock, (including 10,867,000 shares to be cancelled)



Just a typo in the ibox I assume? Also .. regarding the float .. Where did that number come from? I'm just not finding it where I'm looking ..
