TIME TO GET EVEN!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think all of us old and new should realize that this is over. Billions of shares have traded in conjunction with misleading PR's (lies), phone conversations, emails etc. Also MATERIAL CHANGES TO THE COMPANY without any shareholder notice have taken place going back to 07 forward that affected the value of the company to the present shareholders w/o giving them the opportunity to assess their investment at that time to consider to hold or sell and the Officers and Directors and certain individuals ( inside people) acted in a manner to
use a public vehicle to sell more stock under the premise that the company was securing financing, doing business in the UK, had contracts forth coming, had a test lab and other events that they
announced to sell more stock from 07 forward. In addition the company w/o a vote or notice to shareholders awarded certain individuals stock, preferred shares in exchange for loans and deferred income and rested total control of the company going back to 07 without any knowledge to shareholders. I am not going to go into detail but I think it is NOW
time to report these abuses to the proper authorites starting with the Sec of State-Securities Division of the State Of Nevada, The US Attorneys Office, SEC, Texas Authoirities and New York Authorities and finally the Internal Revenue Service-regarding the taking down of stock for deferred income to see if it was reported on the individuals tax returns and taxes accounted for if any without receiving the compensation in money but in stock and so on. If anyone here thinks there is a good reason not to pursue this course please explain why this shouldn't happen. You all know this by now that this company
has been nothing but a pump and dump and has never come though on anyting that they said they were doing. It's one thing if you lose money trying but
this has been nothing but a manipulation by using a public company as conduit to raise money for themselves at the expense of others. I have every intention to be in contact with the proper authorities to finally put an end to this. The money is lost and if it was done by legitimate means I would have no problem with it but I know it wasn't and even though this is a sub penny stock a couple of million dollars was made off this by pumping this thing at the expense of others .
