Behl will have to issue more shares

Where else will they get the financing to continue operations ?

The $ 5,000,000 loan is on hold because like I mentioned in a previous post the risk factor has gone up tremendously.

Lenders want to be able to evaluate Behl's books by an independent auditor. I think the next financial statements will disclose more negative figures.
