How much will it cost to develop a prototype that can be mass produced by a "Partner"

Apparently the current model is a million miles from the finished article.

Has there been any interested Partners knocking on the door for a piece of this revolutionary technology??????????

Long ways to go methinks......
However MZEI I must admit is my bright hope for 2011
Hoping to get some at .15 to .17
