Queer as Folk.....that makes sense they wouldn't renew it as it is hard for shows on premium cable to continue to keep ALOT of interest due to lack of originality. They are keeping the L Word though.
I am sorry but I have to say this, I know some good inside info for Q and know they will do good things; at the same time we cannot ignore Here TV anymore. They have satellite and now they are trying to take Franks ideas and make original programming. At the current moment the content may be horrible by word of mouth as I have heard, but they got the hard part out of the way.....getting national coverage. It is looking more and more like they are going to mold this into a network like Q. I can't say that for a fact, but it looks that way to me. One thing is for sure, they definitely will not be at as many gay and lesbians events as Q and the golden egg for QTN...........The Gay Games. So this will not keep us down, but I really think you need to take a look at Here TV and consider them a SERIOUS competitor.
Overall we will be fantastic and more superior on original programming, but let us not completely overlook them!!!
