Information I've been given by an original investor strongly suggest there's more to the wood deal than investors know about -- same goes for the technology.
At this point, other than forcing the company to answer questions, or to try to purge current management, I'm just not seeing any cut and dry reason for a broad based shareholder lawsuit. Right now I think the mention of any type of statue of limitation time running is premature.
But, if you're inferring that the company is possibly trying to goat investors into a premature lawsuit -- you may be on to something -- I have been advised that this could be the case.
