I think you're the expert in this area. Can Terrablock be used in tsunami reconstruction?

The company has entered into a joint venture relationship with Terrablock International of Orlando, Florida use of it's patented
compressed earth block manufacturing process, using common soil and low skilled labor to
construct residential and commercial facilities in certain areas of the world. First Canadian's
joint venture partner has been doing this for over 24 years!
