when you get a fish out of the water for a while, chances that this fish will make it after it goes back to water are small.
some people will give up, and some will hold it tight till they see it gills moving to absorb oxygen.
our fish is weak at the moment, and alot have gave it up and lost trust in it abilities to survive.

BUT guess what, the company is not dead, and it past these critical stages! all what it needs is to proceed!

about the misspellings that CEO did in purpose are again in the business world, any misspelled statement by law is a false statement and refused, in another word, he was protecting his butt from sharing insider information with a single investor, but he went out in public and send a newswire to all the investors to correct his statements that he shared with me.

the company is trying to gain the trust back, you can check your online broker website and see how the company's back ground has changed to :
" InfoSpi, Inc. (ISPI), incorporated on December 31, 2007, is a development-stage company. The Company's business operations involve the commercialization of technologies, which have been developed to address such areas as sewer and sludge conversion and used tires and plastic recovery. The Company focuses on minimizing and reversing the impact of these products on the environment. The areas of business the Company focuses on include waste management and treatment, tire recycling and alternate fuels. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had not generated any revenues."

they got their focuses on this operations now, they updated their website and trust me there, they are not dead yet, ALSO THEY JUST FILLED ANOTHER 8-K JUNE 7 2010.
