@TEX, sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. Yes, you are correct, the suspension ends at 12:00 AM. From what I read on the SEC site, unlike NASDAQ, NYSE, and AMEX these stocks have to jump through some hoops to start trading again after suspension. Sometimes I notice that OTC stocks and the likes trade before or after the market opens or closes. Like I said before, the company I trade through doesn't allow it. The point I was trying to make to the SEC is just that. If they suspeneded ACLH at 9:30 AM, then shouldn't they lift it at 9:30 AM. Just to be fair. Anyone with access will be the first rats off the ship. Leaving the rest of us poor saps to sink or swim. Not that I have a great deal tied up in this "stock". I had traded it a couple time earlier and made a few bucks, but it would have been nice to see where it would have gone if it were left alone. Seeing as how it was nowhere near it's 52 week high when suspended, I really didn't see the harm in any of ACLH's statements. There is an oil mess, and ACLH has a product to remove and reclaim oil. If the only thing ACLH did wrong was to mention the company resposible for the spill in their PR's, then the SEC is really reaching. I guess the wanted to swing their wangs so that everyone knows who's in charge.
