Sworn testimony from who Brungy? Has anyone from the state of NH testified that there is not enough wood? Surely the state of NH has done or has had a recent wood study done to determine the amount of wood for fuel in the state? These people who are testifying are using what evidence to back up their claims? All this testimony about there being not enough wood only seems to be coming from those that oppose the project. Has anyone backed up Laidlaw's claim that there is enough wood? Seems to me that there has been no testimony from a neutral party, by which I mean some person or entity without a vested interest in the project. The SEC will not deny Laidlaw unless there is irrefutable evidence that implicitly shows an inadequate amount of wood.
