Im not the one who talked to him. I was just informed and though i would post it over here. We shall see soon when he files.

JMO but if he bought shares at a higher PPS than here, why would he sell? If he owns this many shares and that many shares of the sister stock, i don't think he would dump any. He practically owns the float.
