Good Evening-

Well its been since Oct.29 1999 since se hit these levels(we droped to 10 that day), and if my memory serves me right, the O/S was somewhere around 20 million shares(remember the buy back?) At that time we were just comming up from 6 cents, and thought 10 was a blessing, with hopes of going to 25 again, oh what memories. Over a year later here we are again, and what has changed? Well we managed to increase the O/S over 10 times, got a few pads out, and a merchant or two. We still are waiting on that ATM aproval(wheres rogel when you need him, probally still cleaning out his pants after that PP got put out on the net). I still remember thinking "When this thing gets rolling with the pads(it was announced they would be out for Christmas) we are going to be rich". Oh the good old days, we fought back then on the drops, I imagine RB is a nightmare now(dont bother with the ECNC board there anymore). Anyways, we broke 13 no problem, those left are sitting on huge paper losses(unless they have been here atleast 16 months), I hope this dosnt break the 10 barrior, because 6 is the next stop after that, we break 6 and kiss this good-bye. IMHO of course, makes me regret holding onto shares, and not listing to myself, oh well such is life. On another note, for those of you who are into DNAP, we got our listing, tommorow will be the tell tale day, I compaired ECNC charts to DNAP, at listing ECNC traded low volume the day before listing(like DNAP did yesterday) and gained 300% volume the day of listing, then the following day, over 9 million trades and a huge increase in price, so theres hope we will make some money tommorow!!!

Happy Trading,
Chris B
