NWGN – NewGen Technologies, Inc. - Had significant volume today, this reverse merger speculation play could be looking to merge with an oil & gas titan. Recent investor accumulation and awareness proves something is in the works. The companys’ website is being reconstructed and these are normally the first signs of reverse merger preparations. Tomorrows trading session should be interesting as the investors were not able to get a hold of enough shares into the end of day run. This stock could be at $.10 pre reverse merger. The company may be issuing a press release to update shareholders on current events. NewGen Technologies, Inc. could be the biggest reverse merger stock of the year 2010.
