18. Confidentiality. Except as set forth in Section 20, the parties hereto agree to treat all data, reports, records and other information developed
under this Agreement and applicable to the Property as confidential, and unless any party is required by any law, rule, regulation or order to
disclose any of such information, it shall not be disclosed to any person other than consultants, contractors or potential investors or assignees,
without the written agreement of both parties, which will not unreasonably be withheld.
