It's not all selling, it just looks like it.

My director at work put in an order for 200000 shares at .0034.

The bid was .0032 and the ask was .0033. They sold him the shares at the bid (.0032) even though he put in an order above the ask.

This has happened to me as well. I have put in all my orders at the ask and a majority of them have been sold to me at the bid.
