ADYE Aradyme Signs Subcontract Agreement with Unisys; Initial Contract for Data Migration Services

AMERICAN FORK, Utah, Jan 13, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) --Aradyme Corporation (OTCBB:ADYE), a next-generation database company, today announced that it has signed an agreement and secured an initial contract with Unisys (NYSE:UIS), the worldwide information technology services and solutions company, to provide data migration services for the Virginia State Board of Elections. The total value of the contract remains undisclosed for competitive reasons.

Unisys, which currently employs more than 37,000 people in more than 100 countries has been selected by Virginia as the primary contractor to implement the new Virginia Election and Registration Information System (VERIS).

As a Unisys subcontractor, Aradyme will provide the data migration services to validate, standardize and migrate Virginia's statewide voter registration database (which includes voter data from 134 different localities and 4.2 million active registered voters) to the new system. VERIS is being implemented to comply with the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) of 2002. These data migration services from Aradyme are made possible because of the flexibility of the company's underlying next-generation database technology.
