I would opine that the next PR that comes (if indeed there is a next PR) must be of a positive nature and show that one or more of the conditions enumerated in the LOE has at least begun.

I don't see any wiggle room to delay with more obfuscated language.

I would think SNRS/Rothman would want to release a positive PR if possible in hope of increasing the pps.

Perhaps some of you would care to comment.
