That is true. However like I said last week, you will need a 1 Billion share day to get it to .0002 to .0003 and keep it there. The problem last week was that there was no follow through at all at .0003. If no one is willing to pay .0003 why wouldn't they hit the .0002's and offer there again? There must be a strong follow through at .0003 or it will go right back down and remain there.
