Lance, Chindi was one of the biggest touts over there and then finally admitting selling into all of his own hype, up to and including downright lying to potential investors.
This is the one that sued the retired Dentist and the case against the Dentist has been dismissed. Company has filed several other such lawsuits in an effort to silence their online critics. In the other lawsuits they never bothered to serve anybody...just scare tactics. (except our-street.com)
Chindi mentioned ONE lawsuit pending against this company. True to form, only telling half truths. Chindi failed to mention that there is currently another lawsuit pending in this case against our-street.com. There is also a possibility that the former Dentist will be suing the Company and another lawsuit against this company is on Appeal.
Oh and let's not forget those nasty little SEC inquiries...tee hee.
In my opinion, any company that sues online critics for posting truthful information, in a effort to silence them, is trying to hide something. I would venture to say, most of their dirty laundry has been discovered and reported to the appropriate authorities.
My guess is, the only place this stock is going is straight down the toilet.
