I wouldn't expect another R/S soon. Currently, they've only chewed through +/-1B of the 5B authorized and the sp isn't low enough that it's necessary.

If "long term" for you is 6 months, I'd say you're safe. ( :

All they need to do is show positive meaningful results. So they can slow the dilution.
