It sounds like he was refering to the question of a RM and not the lawsuit unless I'm mistaken and as far as this lawsuit goes it isnt even the original company in which the harringtons allegedly wronged the company actually suing them is a company that bought out the other companies rights so this company owns the the originals companies rights including the right to sue them IMO this is immaterial and will have no effect here and most likely this company being a 3rd party to the original aquisitions this will most likely be dismissed and thrown out.
