Does this mean these companies are paying for the service now?

With Go800, companies register a keyword or words — for example, Apple or United, for United Airlines. You text that keyword to Go800 (46800). The service looks for the company’s consumer response line, and your phone rings when the company’s line is being dialed. The service works as long as a company has registered a keyword or words. Currently, there are 5,000 keywords registered, which represents fewer than 5,000 companies because some have listed multiple words.

Other companies that have registered include Caesars Palace, Virgin Atlantic and Virgin America, and Wal-Mart.
