The 10-k and that doubts about their ability to processed is a disclaimer that alllll companies do, i believe its called forward-looking information. plus the 10-k was for 2009.

i read most of the Infospi previous sec fillings before their bankrupts and older board members who their ages where 60s and above, and i can tell imo this is different. more dynamic younger business men who are in charge here. better yet everyone of them used to have his/her own company.
you see when Mayan replied to me with these misspelled words such as razing money or whatever, its to make it look as a false statement and he wont be held responsible by law, because as you mentioned he is not to share information with one or two shareholders.
If they are going to raise funds, its not gonna be wise to dilute for couple bucks, they will need a contacts/customers to raise fund and run their business continually not a one time blood sucking.
as far as a $1 a share thats what the research firms posted back on march. and its based on statistics not lies, that could be a far end dream, but who knows how business will pick up.
trust me there, those who held at 52weeks low, are holding because it is stupid to lose 5gs or up when you know the chances for recovery is near.
if you feel this spirit that its been shared in this message board is a scam and based on desperation then last time i checked there is people from around the globe who are investing in this and sharing their opinions just like you and me based on their current market information, Also we all understand the risk of losing all our investment or win it all.
