How many shares would have been required to be issued to the investor to secure the funding?
Would the entire 5 million be funded all at once, or was it time phased?
When Skipper saw it months ago, was he in support of it then?
If it was such a good deal, why has it not been inked now that Kampa is out of the way?
Remember that at $5 million they would have owned 83% of the company, the Market Cap of the company at the time was $6 million.
I just want to be sure we are looking at the same term sheet.
