I've read both of your post along with the attachments.

And where I agree that ALL the penny stocks I've owned which had a RS that EVERYONE of them experienced a declining stock price...I have to ask myself did they have this reaction because they didn’t have the goods and potential to do anything with them which made it a purely momentum play?

And it turned out they were purely a momentum play. MM grabbed the opt and played it for all its worth. But also all of them turned out to have poor management.

I don't think the management is a concern/issue with GSPG...and better yet I do believe the company's got the goods!

What is going to make the difference is how this is going to be perceived by all the right people/investors. But then again that will come about from the quality of management’s over all timing of EVERYTHING!

If that is in line...this is all going to pay off! And we'll all know soon enough!
