The law firm is to look out for Katx's best interest. If share holders are not notified of what's happening this is NOT in Katx's best interest as their (Katx) value will begin to decline as many here think we just lost a property. So, I have to agree with ErOck. They should tell us what's going on very very soon. Its never good to leave share holders in the dark.
