Hey all. I am new here and just took a new position in CDIV the other day for those that might remember me posting over there. I am excited to start playing these plays and I was wondering how often you come up with new ones. Obviously we are still waiting for the squeeze on CDIV but I was just curious as to what happens after that.

I was also wondering how much a Monkinar is...I think I saw that it is coming to Chicago and would love to go but not quite sure I can afford it.
