Can someone explain how the Biofrontera deal is going to benefit the shareholders. I know Frudakis is going to make out, but what about US. Where does it say how many shares of Biofrontera we're all going to own??? No news is very bad news it just that means you have nothing good to report. And why would you want your share price to go down unless you really do not care about the shareholders?
