How were you misled by the company? It's not like they said they were putting out a social network for music and then put up an online ice-cream store... I don't remember ever reading any PR that said they would be running almost perfect at all. IMHO if you actually believe everything a company tells you, especially a pinks company, will go 100% perfect then maybe Pinks are your sort of thing.

If you read what exactly what was said about the spokesperson, they said that letters were sent out to various celebrities. There's a process involved in that too. They said they SHOULD have one by then, that is not a definite. Will/Shall and Should have different meanings...

They have a commercial out, it's not publicly launched yet. At the same time, I think it's awesome that because they couldn't get a spokesperson in time for a commercial, they actually had a contingency!!! That speaks worlds about this company imo. I'm in shock and awe over that fact.

You're right though... It does have alittle bit of an effect when things don't go according to plan. Part of being human though is the ability to adapt and overcome, and attempt to approach things with an open mind which I also do. The good does outweigh the bad tremendously, unfortunately though I truly believe it is the MMs who are holding this stock down immensely. I just can't believe how much power of manipulation they behold and that whoever governs them (the SEC?) has given them the ability to do what they do. It's pretty demoralizing.

GLTY and everyone else though. IMO which I know is shared by all, by the end of this month we will be very Green!
