Call your broker and ask them. I was told that when i have and otc or pink order that it is sent to one of their traders to fill my order.

I have had this happen where I place a limit order and then i move the limit, then i move it again then again and they cancel my order all together because the guy that is trying to fill it is getting pissed off because i keep changing my mind.

Anyone that has worked at a trading desk can probably answer this best.
